Our Board is elected by the community each for staggered terms of 3 years, 2 years, and 1 year. 

 

We work together as a unit to serve our homeowners. Rob Sonner is our current President who presides over the meetings and delegates tasks. Jeff McGuire is our new active Vice President & Treasurer who also works as a CPA & Certified Financial Planner (CFP). 

 

The Villas at Sagewicke Architectural Committee members are Ralph Sherrick, Joe LaCoe, and our newest member, Joan Eckhart.

 

Cynda Sherrick our board secretary,  continues to provides all clerical work as needed or requested by the board.
